Open the Photoshop Presets Folder on your computer. Place this file in the Photoshop Actions folder.
This action works for images that measure 800 x 600 pixels. With your image open, go to the Actions palette and load this action. This will load this action. Click the play button and the action will automate the process.
You will get a final image that is 1600 x 1600 pixels in size. You can reduce it to 500 x 500 pixels by clicking the resize button. Alternatively you can resize your image manually to whatever size you want (Image>Image Size). Flatten the image and save.
You have now created your own Adobe Photoshop Polar Coordinates masterpiece!
